Refund policy.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All payments made to GetRanked-Today — including subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, credit packs, and one-time purchases — are final and non-refundable. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate termination of your account.

This policy applies to every product, plan, and add-on sold by GetRanked-Today, regardless of payment method, billing cycle, or region. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms set out on this page.

GetRanked-Today operates a strict no-refund policy. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, prorated credits, account credits, or payment reversals for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription time, accidental purchases, duplicate charges resolved by your billing settings, change of mind, lack of use, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with results. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund prior charges.

Filing a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider is a serious action. Because all sales are final, any chargeback or dispute filed against a charge from GetRanked-Today will be treated as a violation of this policy. We will contest such disputes and provide our payment processor with the full transaction record, account activity, acceptance of these terms, and proof of service delivery.

Accounts associated with a chargeback or payment dispute may be suspended or terminated immediately, without notice and without refund of any remaining balance. Termination includes revocation of access to all data, reports, exports, integrations, and add-ons tied to the account. Outstanding balances recovered through chargeback may be referred to collections. We reserve the right to refuse future service to any individual or business previously associated with a chargeback or dispute.
